Practice Makes Perfect!

Today, I was at the library. Well, that's kinda a stupid statement. I'm always at the library... but anyways, this guy sitting near me was sketching away so I looked over and saw that he had DAI (Design & Industry) papers laid out in front of him. I was so excited because that's what I'm getting into! :D

So after that, I've been thinking about doing some more sketching, even though that's pretty much my weakness in art. =[ And it stinks, because it's so important in art for like everything! Drawing really makes me feel like I'm a perfectionist which is really bad in my case because if I mess up like one pencil stroke, I just toss the sketch away~ But, people always say that practice makes perfect. So might as well get practicing!

<-- My dot sketch I made. I can't draw realistically. That's very hard for me, if I draw... it's usually somewhat cartoon looking. But hey, that's a good start, right? Anyhow, the photograph of my sketch is really bad. And as you can see, I got kinda anxious and somewhat destroyed the paper (evident from the creases on the paper). Well, here's to becoming an artist! Cheers!

P.S. My roommate started watching HP 1-5 and has become obsessed. Haha! ;D She even likes to randomly break out/imitate British accents by saying lines from Harry Potter, though usually it never sounds British.
